The resources page has been updated for UnrealIRCd 4.x! I moved all the older Unreal 3.x items under their own header since these links will likely not be aournd for much longer as support continues to wind down for 3.x. There is now a link to my UnrealIRCd 4 example configuration, which is quite a bit shorter than the official example to get you up and running with the basics faster.

Last year I came on some hard times when I lost my job, and ended up having to rent out my spare bedroom, and with that things had to be placed in storage. Since that was my "office", that meant my desk and the PC I use for IRC and developemnt went into storage. I am currently working on creating some space elsewhere to revive my development workspace, so stay tuned for:

Released version 2.2.1 of IRC Network Monitor, which fixes a couple minor issues and adds support for UnrealIRCd 3.4's SIDs.

The OpenSSL "Heartbleed" vulnerability is getting a large amount of attention in the media and is naturally causing a lot of concern.
For how the Heartbleed vulnerability could affect you and how to fix it, please read the official UnrealIRCd statememnt.
If you need to test your server, this online utility will help. X-Tab has been tested and verified to be running a safe version of OpenSSL and therefore is not vulnerable. |

Over the past few days I have been busy coding away on the IRC Network Monitor fixing bugs, adding new features, and revamping old features.
I don't have the next release planned until December 1st (or a little after depending on my schedule), and since there have been no major bugs fixed, I am
offering pre-release copies to anyone who donates USD$5 or more during the month of November. The pre-release copies will be sent after each
change to the software, but no more than once each day. I have added a section to the IRC Network Monitor page with a list of upcoming changes. |
